I was talking exclusive to Britian, but yes anywhere else in Europe and possibly America it would be pretty even i would have thought.

Are you serious? My point was that Froch got dominated by Ward, and Calzaghe was better than Ward. You even admit Calzaghe would win a wide decision against Froch, and no Carl wouldn't have his moments. In no way did I state Calzaghe and Ward are similar. I've probably seen more of Calzaghe, Froch and Ward than you have. You're a ****ing idiot atsch You're posts would be better if you took the time to actually read what someone has written
Styles make fights. You need to comprehend this concept while you being schooled further now. Just because you think Calzaghe is better than Ward, dont mean Calzaghe would whoop Froch better than Ward did. Mosley > Margarito > Cotto > Mosley > Margarito > Cotto > Quintana > Paul Williams > Margarito < Mosley > Mayorga > Forrest > Mosley Calzaghe vs Froch would be alot closer than Ward vs Froch. 1. Calzaghe wasnt a fighter who used to fight off the backfoot, but Ward fought Froch off the back foot. (If you think he did bring some examples of Calzaghe doing such against world class opposition) 2. Calzaghe wasnt a fighter who used to fight in close range infighting, but Ward outmauled Froch on the inside. (If you think Calzaghe did, bring an example of Calzaghe outmauling a world class opponent.) You think Calzaghe was better than Ward so therefore would beat Froch more easily than Ward will. That logic is flawed. Ward beat Kessler more convincingly than Calzaghe did. George Foreman beat Frazier more convincingly than Ali did. (And Ali > Foreman) Mosley beat Margarito more convincingly than Cotto did. (Cotto beat Mosley) Point being Styles make fights. Calzaghe's style and Froch's style would compliment one another, both Froch and Calzaghe like to come forward and both like to stand their ground. Hence giving Froch a opportunity to do what he wants which is fight. Ward didnt give Froch that kind of opportunity. So Froch should find it easier vs Calzaghe than he did vs Ward, thus giving Froch his moments. You didnt state that, I never said you stated that. You stated some dumber ****, You stated. Calzaghe is better than Ward, so would beat Froch more convincingly than Ward did. I proved you to be wrong giving just a smalll minor examples of previous fights. No need to cry because you got proven wrong now. My point is this:- Froch would have a better chance vs Calzaghe than he would vs Ward. I am not saying Ward is better than Calzaghe here, im just saying Calzaghe's style is better for Froch than the negative style of Ward.
Froch fought better opponents and has a better resume ,he's a real deal .Calzaghe has fought nothing but bums.
Eubank was shot. Kessler is a good win. BHop win... hmm it's debatable honestly (because he was NOT in his prime), but seeing what BHOP did to Pavlik afterwards you have to say he was still pretty good, and what he did after Pavlik with Pascal. I don't rank the Eubank win by any stretch of the imagination. Kessler a good win though. Honestly Froch has been in with the better opposition and a over all better win list. It doesn't mean his legacy is better than Calzaghe's though lol -- Froch would've never been able to come close to beating BHOP and would've got embarrassingly out-boxed, considering what Ward did. Ward has more skills than Calzaghe and I think he will go on to have a better Legacy, as it is really early in his career, he beat Kessler better and beat Froch easy. Unlike Calzaghe who fought in obscurity for his whole prime defending a worthless belt. Calzaghe's resume is not very great.
Legacy isn't defined by facing bad opp for the majority of your career and finishing undefeated. Froch might be speaking a little out of his ass, but he's faced the beter opp, and win or lose, that means something.
This is the problem: apparently Richie Woodhall is a bum, but Arthur Abraham is an elite 168 fighter. Most of Froch's wins go on to lose 6 months later. The impressive factor is Foch's back-to-back streak, which only happened because the unique Super Six. Although how he got made the IBF mandatory I will never know.
Froch has faced the better oppostion over two years in his career, but his resume isnt better becaus Calzaghe was champ for 10 years. I mean, that two years is better than any time Calzaghe fought, but overall, average it out, and its the same average ability as Cal's opponents over the full ten years. I would add, however that I do respect Froch more these days, because hes a man who faced whoever regardless. Thats what sport, anysport should be about.
so all you need to do to be great is to fight good fighters regardless of whether or not you win those fights???? what a delusional ****er froch is....:verysad
