Elite? So you mean to tell me that you think James is elite? Molina is at best a B level guy.... Beating Cintron doesn't make Molina elite and James beating Julio doesn't make him elite. Based on skills.... Neither are in this category... So if they were at this level it would be based on who they have beat and how they beat them and neither man has faced a truly "elite" level guy.

James will avoid Molina and I can't blame the kid. He just doesn't have the dimensions to handle what Molina brings... Well, James has power. Anything can happen...its just not likely.

I am not a Kirkland fan.

You can search through my 3000 posts and I doubt you will find anything glowing about him in any of my posts.

    I call bull**** on that.

People saw the cornerman enter the ring.

    They want to ignore that.

that requires more than "calling it like you see it" because you want a result that does not correspond with what you saw.

Yes at 154 Molina is elite. I can't see anyone with a record and showing like his fighting at 154, can you? If you can who has he fought, put his resume right next to Molinas.

I never said James was elite, so what are you arguing about?

After the fight it didn't seem like he nor Ann wanted to avoid him, time will tell.

    Yes, this guy does.

You choose to ignore that the rule stipulates that the cornerman must interfere in the fight for a DQ to be issued. Did he interfere in the fight helping Molina? No. Did his little in & out for a second and a half have any influence on the outcome of the round/fight? No. Did the ref call a DQ right away to mirror your black & white thinking? No. If the rule was so straight forward and inflexible as you put it, he would have waived it off on the spot. There was no meaningful interference whatsoever.

Common sense says this was an unwarranted DQ. Ref didn't DQ Molina on the spot, he got the word from outside when he had a chance to talk to the 'officials'. Pretty much the whole boxing world thinks that way, you're the only rule nazi who says the DQ was warranted and perfectly called for... what a load of bull****. Even The Ring staff is condemning the ref's decision FFS.

We're no Kirkland haters, Molina lovers, we're boxing fans who have common sense. You, have none.

...and if you do want to retrieve your posts easier than looking for "keith", get an avatar you old ****.

"There should be a rematch, but early talk is that Kirkland's team -- not Kirkland and Ann Wolfe so much as "the team" -- doesn't want one, but that is just early talk." -BDL.com

Huh. For some reason I've never really given any thought to a Mosley vs. Kirkland match-up before now, and can't remember it being brought up on here before. :think

Mosley is of course shot and lacks most of his youthful speed and killer instinct, but is still an iron chinned warrior and capable of busting out some hurtful offense.

Whats the letter of the law here? Is there grey area that Schorle could have used better judgement, or is it a cut and dry rule that needs some tweaking?

Van Hoyes card was an absolute disgrace. There is no way anyone could have possibly scored that fight to Kirkland

I have no problem with the knock down, it was a punch with a bit of a push plus a guy that was off ballance but I've seen much worse called a KD

Someone posted the rules and it said 'may' if the fight is interfered with. Someone tried to say interfering with the count qualified so it was cut and dry. Of course the count shouldn't have progressed since Kirkland wasn't in a neutral corner.
