    Everyone goes on about

    Stewart or Hayne.

    But neither could hold down the NSW Fullback spot in either of there stellar Years.

    If i recall they recalled Mini and played Gidley there instead of either one.

    Now if thats competing with Slater i will not post in Aussie Forum anymore.

    I agree with Teke both had good years those years. But were i disagree is both never held the number 1 jersey for NSW let alone took it from Billy in the Kangaroos jumper.

    Cos the NSW selectors are ****, and picked an awful side, not that it would have made a difference mind you.

    I pretty much agree with you, but I do agree with teke that in 09, Hayne was the #1 fullback in the comp.

    Stewart should have been given the number 1 jersey instead of ****ing playing Gidley back there :rofl:rofl What is the use of playing a freak fullback off the bench :patsch

    As far as career try scoring goes Brett Stewart strike rate is king.

    Hayne in 09 was in better form than anyone has ever been in.
    Agree ive never seen anything like that. My grandfather is a dragons fan since birth and he hates hayne but he said the same thing.

    I don't think there's been a moment that Hayne or any other fullback has been good enough to tie up slaters boots, some of the pretenders have had good games now & again but I can't recall slater having a bad game
