He also wins as the winners marketability would go up tenfold imo

 

What is it with some fighters being obsessed with what the opponent gets?

If you're happy with your lot, just get the fight made.

Obviously a KO loss won't do Mitchell's career any good, so he wants plenty of wedge before he goes on another year long booze bender.

 

Dont know how Mitchell can be demanding more money! This is another match up I cant be arsed hearing anymore about.

I dont think Burns would get that much credit to be honest.

 

Frank has invested a lot into Mitchell, I'm sure he's going to want some sort of return from here before putting him in with Burns. I can see the fight happening if either fighter slips up and I see Mitchell putting a foot wrong first.

The fight will probably never happen.

 

before we all rush to slag of Kevin Mitchell....lets all remember the same thing happend with the Murray fight. Mitchell is also the mandatory so if the fight goes to purse bids he is guarenteed 40%.

Mitchell probably has a guarentee of a purse in his contract for a world title fight and I would imagine Frank is not meeting it.

If Fwank cannot make a fight between two guys in his own stable. Its shows you what a mess he is on.

 

Burns could beat Pacquiao and he'd not get any cred for it at all, that's just the way it is unfortunately.

Mitchell could lose a 60-54 decision to a 2-88-4 opponent and still have people thinking he's a world beater, but just wasn't well prepared this time.

Kevin Mitchell is No.1 with the WBO. Seeing at Burns won the vacant title, eventually he will have to fight a mandatory.

 

not being funny but Mitchell wont get knocked out by Burns as there is no power there but could be outboxed which both are excellent boxers
