Right now I only have a sore throat, really hoping it's hayfever and it will be over tommorow but I'm afraid it will be a full blown cold by saturday.

If Brandon Rios can fight while being mentally ******ed, you can fight with a cold.

Quite honestly if you don't feel that you're well enough to fight then don't. It's one fight and it's probably not that important.

Me personally I would pull out unless it's for a championship....nothing worse than being ill, nobodies ever 100% going into a bout but I wouldn't box with a cold, just don't make it a regular thing or else your coach will stop matching you up

Seems some people need to lose the "You're a fighter, you should fight regardless" attitude.

If you feel like you can't fight then don't fight. Even if it's just for experience there's no point if you can't give it your all.

C'mon man you can fight with a cold. Flu is a whole different story but a cold is nothing.

Depends on how often you get fights. If you fight all the time, I'd say pass on it, if fights are hard to come by, I'd say go for it.

i take it back, it all depends on how well you feel, i thought it was just a normal cold, not that bad. Sounds worse
