Bonevena was way too easy to hit, and his durability rep comes from his Frazier fights, where he was able to smother frazier and keep him off him. Foreman would tear him apart. It would not go long, unless Bonevena runs.

Exactly the reason why a Joe Frazier who trained properly, concentrated on his title defense rather than partying in Jamacia and singing with his band, would have a much better showing against Foreman.

Bonevena showed repeatedly that yes he could hurt greats like Ali, and Frazier, but he never produced any huge WOW!
K.O.'s against really good opposition, and never seemed to have super heavy hands

Also George took shots from some huge hitters, Lyle, Morrison, Cooney, Frazier and was only once in danger of actually bieng KO'd

I swear to several deities, you never know what the **** you're talking about.

Everything comes through this grotesque wave of nostalgia that you're seemingly completely oblivious too
