Had a good win at the start of the weekend.Seems to be improving all the time since he has been with Gary Lockett.

Could he win a world title at LW?

Where is he in the LW british mix?

Rees is a good European level fighter, I would like to see him down to SFW, he is really small at Lightweight, but saying that he is strong.

Providing Crolla beats Matthews I'd ike to see him take on Rees.

Slightly underrated but in terms of titles has probably overachieved.

put it this way he was given the world title by suleman mbaye who refused to engage him throughout the fight. its not like mbaye was making an effort to even try and win.

Very good considering hes only 5'4 and the only guy to beat him ended up beating Devon Alexander (I dont care what the scorecards say) but not at the top world level, hes basically a gatekeeper for world level and is blasting through opposition at European level

Pretty good way to sum him up, hes fringe world class and I think he could maybe even win another world title before he retires, who knows?

Maybe the vacant WBA title if Rios moves up in weight against that Paulus Moses but times ticking and the more ethical fight would be a british clash with Ricky Burns but that wont win him a title.

What a bizarre word choice. So you think he should avoid Burns in order to get a world title?

Pretty good..he has some sneaky shots, high volume of punches, not scared of a tear up and moves well in the ring. He's probably in that grey area between Euro and World level. I like watching "The Rock" fight.

Imo Gavin beats all the LW in the UK other than Ricky Burns and beat them well

Now he`s putting in the effort i`m sure he will do well. He didnt do too bad when he was half arsed so it`s good to see him taking it seriously.
