David Tua has a better resume than Vitali and Wladimir individually.

Tua should have two losses against Rahman... but a bull**** ref & biased judges made outcomes dodgy. :-(

I dont think Tua is better than Vitali or Wlad but his resume is better for top notch wins.

Alot of the fighters were fresh and unbeaten, when Tua took them on.

He arguably won the fight with Ike who steam-rolled Byrd, who is the best fighter either Klitshcko has taken on.

Vitali has a huge amount of decent wins, but top elite level Tua has him beat.

Wlad is pretty much the same, but again for me Wlad has never faced a undefeated fresh version of Rahman, or L. Lewis, M. Moorer.

    I'll entertain this.

    Tua's 5 best wins:
    Moorer
    Rahman
    Ruiz
    Maskaev
    Oqeundo

    Vitaly's 5 best wins:
    Arreola
    Adamek
    Peter
    Donald
    Johnson

Honestly they are pretty close; slight edge goes to Tua seeing how he's got 2 lineal champs under his belt. But start adding another 5 names and Tua's resume starts to wear alot thiner. They both lost to Byrd and Lewis but Tua has additional losses; considering how Tua is Mr. Inconsistency and he's never picked up a belt then Vitaly goes down as a greater fighter.

I've excluded Wlad on this one, he clearly has far more depth in his resume to even warrant a comparison.

Doesn't get more objective than that.

    Wrong.

    Tua got outboxed.

As far as the thread title is concerned, the TS may have a point. Tua does have the first round KO's over Ruiz and Morrer plus the UD over Hasim Rahman.

    Really?

Exactly WHO has Klitschko the Elder beaten to give you that idea?

    Chris Arreola?

    More "facts" from Nay Sayer..people.

Perhaps Tua won a UD over Rahman according to those whacky Yahoo divisional rankings that only exist in his head.

Rahman has better wins than both, that's for sure. He also shouldve got the decision against tua in their last fight, he also didn't get any credit for the KD at the end of the 12th. Rahman a G.

Rahman probably has one better individual win than both. But lots of HW fighters have "great" wins or two like that, L. Spinks, Douglas, Layne, Satterfield, Young to name a few off the top of my head and despite all having fine careers difficult to compare them to more consistent and successful fighters.

Tua is one of the best HW's who was never champion, fact

but is his resume better than the K bros? doubt it

his best wins are Rahman, Maskaev Ruiz and Moore

Vitali beat Arreola, Hide, Chisora, Sanders, Peter Gomez

Wlad's best wins are Byrd (twice) Mercer Brewster( avenged the loss) Thompson Rahman and Peter
