one fact, pac could also have made this same financial structure way back if he had gone with shelly finkel as his manager (for 20-30%) and they would hire promoters on fight by fight basis. pac had that choice.

what pac choosed was not to hire a manager like haymon who takes 20-30% and just pay a higher percentage to his promotional company.
