Clottey doesn't fight at 147 anymore, does he?

Bad choice for Kell. If he wins by a wide margin, then I'd be extremely impressed

Maybe Kell wants to jump up to 154 and if he does he's getting stopped.

Really? Clottey struggles with workrate as it is. If he's planning on fighting at 147 - a weight he hasn't been at in two years - then expect that workrate to be even more poor.

Kell will do reasonably well as long as Clottey hides in his shell and doesn't bother to throw anything back.

I think Kell will beat him, but if he does it and just shines and wins like a 11-1, 10-2 type fight, then I'd be really impressed

Despite being a pro for almost 8 years, they still haven't plucked up the courage to put him in with a world class opponent in his own weight. I doubt they're gonna' risk moving up to fight Clottey in his preferred weight.

I like Clottey in this fight. Brook is not proven and Clottey has fought the best. Clottey has very good defense and the ability to throw straight punches at a high connect rate.

    Clottey by wide UD.

Kell isn't active enough to keep Josh in his shell... nor does Kell have the kind of power that would keep Josh from opening up. It's just not a good fight for Kell at this stage, but I give the kid props for seeking out a tough challenge. I don't think Josh has it in him to destroy the young mans future but it will set him back a little.

I see a SD that can go either way in this one, as long as Clottey shows up in shape anyways.

Its not even properly confirmed yet no?

And people are too quickly to rule out Kell Brook, we havent seen Clottey's best in a while and Brook is a very good technical boxer.

It will be a big step for Brook and regardless of the victory, it will be a learning curve

I wont believe this one until i see it.

Kel wants an opponent that makes him look good and Clottey is not this man.

I actually pick Kel to win this one by very close UD, but if i was managing him no way i would let him face Clottey. Its a dangerous fight.

Seems like a stupid fight for Kel IMO.

U forget that Clottey is the guy who finds a way to loose every big fight! for example he was winning the cotto fight handedly and all of a sudden just stopped coming forward and let Cotto win the last two rounds, even when Cotto was so cut up. any other fighter would have annialated cotto if they where in there with a busted up Miguel like clottey was. people dont beat Clottey, Clottey beats himself...
