yeah thats a more realistic fight, because i dont believe that clottey ****. clottey is fighting at 154 and i dout he goes to 147 to fight. now madiana said in his last fight that 147 is not his weight class so why does brook want a jr ww and not ww.

Eddie Hearn is On Twitter right now stating it won't be euro champ Bundu, won't be Jones and won't be Senchenko. States he is talking to Zahveck's people but says not the only one. I'll put money on Maidana but he's a 140 fighter really.

 

Clottey retweeted Kell's declaration that he will announce his new opponent soon. Does everybody already know this?

 

Just actually had a reply on Twitter from Eddie Hearn.

I asked "So I take it it's Maidana Eddie?"

He replied "More likely to defend title at 140 but would LOVE that fight"

 

Doubt they've got the pulling power to make Maidana travel and fight at a weight he's not comfortable at. Hearn is just pulling his usual trick of mentioning various big names to bring attention to his fighter. He did the same thing with McCloskey, whose offer Maidana referred to as mere smokes and mirrors (if I recall correctly).

 

Why doesnt brook fight Alexander instead?

 

A tonne of people have asked Hearn about Clottey and that was the only name he didn't make a comment about! Is that a clue?
