In your view, was George Foreman largely right in this interview about Wlad?

Its just a size thing. If a 225 cm guy comes in and beat the 185-195 cm guys would you consider him an all time great ?

 

Foreman was talking some real **** cause Vlad has been knocked out three times trying to fight so he learned how to protect his chin. I cant knock that but I refuse to watch that bull**** and I definately wont remember any of his fights.Compared to really outstanding HWs. I dont think he has fought any. He champ, true enough but when you pull the covers off, hes just a big ole *****.

Wlad is a great offensive fighter with a questionable chin. Thus, he fights to protect that chin. You can't blame him but in that respect Foreman is correct. Nobody is going to walk through Wlad's punches, but if they get through, especially the heavy-hitters mentioned in the question, I think Wlad would be in trouble. Everyone knows what happened in the fight against Corrie Sanders. That was no fluke. Wlad loses to him 9 out of 10 times.

 

I have to agree. If you don't think Wlad's style will hurt his legacy, just read through these posts.
