not gonna happen, they're just trying to make it look like they're hunting the bigger world class fights but will end up fighting some euro bum. Still I think Brook beats Maidana the style match up certainly favours brook. Clottey would be the far more difficult fight, Clottey would school him bad.
Maidana has become a gatekeeper, simply an honest test for people to get a good name on their resumes at this point.

Or do you feel he has been a gatekeeper giving honest tests for a while now? Because I would challenge you to look at his resume and point out the gatekeeper fights.

Clottey must be one of the most underrated fighters at the minute. He puts in one poor performance and people judge his career on it. The guy has competed at the top level, and put in great performances. He destroyed Judah, and IMO beat Cotto and gave a prime margo a very tough fight. Brook doesnt have the output and power that manny has to put him in his shell all night.
