Manny doesn't have the physical attributes to pressure Floyd. He has a shorter reach and height plus he doesn't commit to a jab or even have a world class jab. If Floyd comes out in the first round and starts giving Manny movement then Pac fans can call it a night bc Manny will not be able to cut Floyd off and will get picked apart from the outside and banged up on the inside.

If they do fight it will be boring.
Floyd will win but he wont get confident when tagging manny all nigh and begin walking him down. Thats one thing u just dont do to manny (cept for morales because morales does everything pac does... Just better)

    You mean like Marquez? :patsch

Floyd doesn't have to be incredibly mobile to beat Pacquiao. We're talking about the best counter puncher in the business.

Pressure as in walk down, NO.
SWARM through volume punching (yes I know much of it will miss), then I have my reasons to believe that Manny can, esp if FMJ will continue to lock up and wait for Pac to finish his combos like he always does.

Manny won't be there for FMJ's counterpunch, he's darting away already after the last punch. (I don't think Roach will let Manny clinch)
FMJ has to time Manny in the middle of his combination to push him back.
(Or simply circle out of Manny's left but that will also put him in a position where he can't counter)
You know, like JMM and EM did.

CMIIW, but I haven't seen FMJ up against a good volume puncher either, especially not one who can match his handspeed and footspeed, with power to boot.

Now your point about the jab is valid.
If manny can't counter that with his lead left or right hook whenever FMJ lunges in for the body, then you're right, it's over for Pac.

What I'm pointing out here is there's a reason why many fans and analysts want this fight to happen.
It's without a doubt gonna be FMJ's biggest challenge to date. (and vice versa)

Yeah I get that, my point however is UNLIKE Pac-JMM 2 and 3 where JMM's rounds were complete domination of Pac, it was back and forth for Pac-JMM 1.
Pac still had his moments in Pac-JMM 1 even after JMM figured him out due to sheer athleticism and unpredictability.

Which leads me back to my point for Pac-JMM 3: Pac should've gone balls to the wall and not try to outwit JMM in a chessmatch.

Its not all Floyd fan that are 12 or lil sensitive bitchs. Im not happy this BS keeps draging. I dont get sad when I watch boxing. IMO this would be a boxing beauty. PAC would test Floyd attributes that were not tested alot so far. Floyd by interesting UD.

PBF's style will be a harder for Pac to figure out than Pac's for PBF.:deal Arum doesn't know what the **** he's talking about and is clearly talking out of his ass. Ask yourself this, who has the higher ring IQ of the two fighters? I rest my case.:deal

Best post of the thread. Anyone who knows boxing can see that PBF has the advantage in this fight and would be hell for Pac only delusional *******s and PBF haters refuse to admit it or even see it. PBF is far too complete for Pac and Pac isn't technically good enough to beat PBF, he's simply too flawed and limited. He will be taken apart and schooled if they ever meet.

Look at the Mosley fight not Marquez.Shane was able to avoid Manny by footwork, feints and jabs.I dont know how many times the straight right was there but Shane didn't throw.
If the fight happens Floyd will find the same openings but wont hesitate to throw, his right is lethal.Floyd will stop him late!

Exactly Shane made Pac look amateurish with simple movement. Shane had the openings but couldn't pull the trigger. His game plan was sound he was just too old to properly implement it. PBF can easily do what Shane did but a lot more.

Arum wouldn't make the fight anyway. The fight won't happen because Arum doesn't want it. Just like he didn't want PBF to fight Oscar. PBF had to leave Arum to get a fight with Oscar. Pac may have to leave Arum to get a fight with PBF. Arum is a POS and is holding this fight up. For the life of me I can't understand why people like you can't see this.
