A Warning To Wlad - Tony Thompson Ain't The Kind Of Guy You Beat Twice

    TT is a thinking man's fighter, a real student of the game. When he's in the ring his brain is one of the sharpest in the sport, always watching for bad habits and setting traps etc. If any of you guys think this is going to be the same kind of fight as the first one the you're mistaken because, at this point right now, Thompson probably knows Wlad better than anyone, even Steward, Vitali or CHEF.

    It's pretty obvious for anyone who saw the first fight that TT struggled to overcome Wlad's huge weight and reach advantage and counteract his jab and grab style. But you'd have to be a complete fool of you didn't think Tony didn't go straight back to the gym and create the remedy for Wlad's 'anti-boxing'.

    All I can say is that I really hope Wlad doesn't underestimate Tony off the back of the first fight and trains hard and comes ready to go to war, because when Tony 2.0 turns up and does a number on Wlad I don't want to hear any excuses from his fans sayin he was poisoned or had a bad haircut.

    Essentially I'm saying this is a dangerous fight for Wlad, probably the most dangerous he could take. Elite fighters don't sit still and stagnate, they work hard and progress. Any time you have a fighter like Tony with a desire to learn and a craving for revenge then you're looking at a dangerous man.

    Great analysis. This is Wlad's toughest fight since, erm, Thompson I.
    I'd like to see the winner fight the criminally under-rated Malik Scott, who is 33-0 believe it or not.
