if you listen to roy speak, you can see he is very knowledgable about boxing, he could improve holt's mental state. holt himself said roy jones is improving him from a mental point of view

Brewer, Woodhall and Mitchell when they actually held titles and there average careers meant something. Ducked Glen Johnson and Clinton Woods. Also Ottke and Jones(he even admits it in his book but now people seem to think it was the other way around). And he was on his way to ducking Lacy before ****** had to drag him into the ring screaming and crying like a kudos at ghetto toy store. He fought only 3 great fighters and all three were past it(Jones completely shot). Andre Ward's resume is almost as good already in 2 years.
