    Antonio Tarver:

    November 2003:
Roy Jones Jnr, ATG, p4p #1 at the time, effectively unbeaten

    May 2004:
    Jones rematch

    December 2004:
Glengoffe Johnson, very good 175lb-er, p4p top 10

    June 2005:
    Johnson rematch

    October 2005:
    Jones III

    October 2006:
Bernard Hopkins, former p4p #1, p4p top 5 at the time.

All within 3 years. Excellent run of opponents for a modern fighter.

    Ricky Hatton:

June 2007: Jose Luis Castillo, p4p top 10, boderline HoF

December 2007: Floyd Mayweather Jnr. p4p #1, ATG

    May 2009: Manny Pacquaio, p4p #1, ATG

Shame the fat lad's results weren't as stellar as his opponents.

    Jimmy Bivins

    1942 - 1945

    W Joey Maxim SD HOF
    W Joe Muscato KO5
    W Tami Mauriello SD
    W Bob Pastor SD
    W Lee Savold UD
W Ezzard Chrles UD HOF ATG
    W Anton Christofiordis PTS
    W Tamo Mauriello MD
    W Watson Jones UD
    W Pat Valentino UD
W Lloyd Marshall KO13 HOF ATG
    W Herbert Marshall KO6
    W Melio Bettina UD
    W Lee Q Murray UD
    W Lee Q Murray PTS
    W George Parks KO4
    W Buddy Walker KO2
    W Johnny Flynn PTS

3 HOFers with 2 of them certainly ATG's packed in with 7-8 top quality opponents and a few others. Also if it wasn't for a draw in between then you can add Archie Moore KO6 to that run.

I'm sure their are many others.

Marciano went on a 4 year run in which he beat Charles x2, Moore, Walcott x2 and La Straza albeit not all at their peak.

And if you don't mind extending the 3 year deadline *slightly*, Jimmy McLarnin takes in,
    Canzoneri
    Ambers
    Rossand Leonard.

    Stellar, stellar names.

EDIT: and I missed Young Corbett. My bad.

People on here talk about Reggie Johnson as if he were an ATG simply because James Toney fought him :patsch

but it was quite an amazing set of opponents in such a short span of time.
