I'm a Pac fan and appreciate all he's done, but let's be real here: His run at 130 consists mostly of victories over guys toward the end of their careers who were moving up in weight. Against a true 130 like the young Mayweather or Freitas, you'd see Manny get spanked. This talk of him beating natural, elite 135s and 140s is madness.
P4P manny is lightyears ahead of 'wicky. in reality hatton breaks him in 2 within 6 rounds. stupid fight. hatton at 140 is physically an absolute monster that breaks you in the clinches.
I just named 2 Great examples. SRL, Hearns & Duran moved up but didn't dominate. PBF moved up & dominate but not against the best coz he's avoiding the best.
Don't worry Floyd & the guy who beat up Freitas will be on Pac's radar too. Let him beat up JMM, D Diaz & Hatton this year. Then we will talk about that fraud.
C'mon, I know Hattons stock has dropped since he lost to the P4P number 1, but really, he'd ****ing eat Pac alive at 140.

It takes a lot of faith to think Manny could even *get* these fights this year, much less win them. Oh, and Hatton TKO 4. Pac gets knocked down a couple times in the process, shows a lot of heart, and then gets hurt and beaten to a pulp. I wouldn't watch this farce of a bout out of fear that Manny would be severely injured. The worst part is that Pacmania is so sweeping that his fans might provide enough economic incentive to make a mismatch such as this a reality.
Hatton lunches on 140 pounders when he comes in on fightnight rehydrated and fed at 158 he outmuscles overpowers and wears out his much smaller adversaries and gets the KO. This doesnt work at 147 where most guys will show up at at 160 or more on fight night, poof! advantage gone for Hatton and its one of the factors in him being unsuccessful at 147. Doesnt take much to realize what Manny would be up against.
HIstorically this is nothing new. It happened before & it will happen again. it's simple , Hatton can't beat a welterweights while Pac is too much for 130 pounder. At sparring Pac still dominates Lightweights & Lt welters. If pac can hurt these 135-140 pounder in Sparring with their Headgear, then it safe to say he can Hurt Hatton once he got hit. Pac is the longer & the faster guy so delivering the punch is no Problem. The only Problem for Pac is if he can take the Punch of Hatton. Roach, Arum & Pac himself are all inn for this fight. They know that Pac has a good Chance of winning. I have the same belief.
