Bob Arum is doing his best to promote Bradley, who is a long way from being a household name and has never been known as a fighter who is able to lure boxing fans to see him fight. Bradley is young and strong and is always in shape for his fights. He is also undefeated. Arum will be quick to highlight all of Bradleys attributes. But does he have enough firepower and enough punching power to keep Pacquiao at bay?
Tim Bradley really isn't all that young, he's a couple of months shy of his 29th birthday. That's not old, but it's not really young for a boxer outside of the HW division. Can Bradley hurt Pacquiao? I believe so. However, I'm not sure he will. I believe Pacquaio is a mid range fighter. If you can keep him on the outside, or make it an inside fight, you can have success. Bradley is very adept at not only fighting on the inside, but getting on the inside as well. Bradley needs to get on the inside and make this a rough fight. That's easier said than done against Pacquiao though due to his fast feet as well as his fast and powerful hands.
Bradley will hurt him on occasions but what he will do best is neutralise Manny's attack which will confuse him. Pacquiao wont be able to adapt and Bradley will come on strong at the end to finish the fight well and win by decision. Bradley may drop Pacquiao if he gets a good shot in though.
He can buzz him, but he lacks the necessary firepower to seriously hurt him and keep him at bay for all 12 rounds IMO.
So says your board name eh? Anyways, I'm not sure Bradley can hurt Pac enough to put him down. He could stun him but Bradley isn't seen as a power puncher. He's not gonna earn his respect unless he tries to bully Pac to the body against the ropes but Pac took some big body shots from Cotto and we know how that went... We'll see.
The only thing Bradley has is his head which he intends to use, the dirty scumbag.. Pacquiao will knock his weak ass out
