Besides being a great fighter, which Marvelous Marvin Hagler was, you must also
    have the 'IT FACTOR'.

Unfortunately, Marvin gets a '9' in that rating, while Ray Leonard gets a '10'.

As for the Hagler vs. Leonard bout, I had the Marvelous one winning it by 2-points,
    6-4-2 in rounds.

But I cannot argue they way the judges looked at it, because most of the rounds
    were close.

As for 'Greatness', Marvin loses marks for his performance against Vito Antuofermo
and Roberto Duran, as in both bouts he under-performed.

And the early career loss to Willie Monroe (who beat the hell out of Marvin), where
Monroe won 9 out of 10 rounds.

    Just My 2 Cents

    Night Crawler,

Private film tape exists of the March 9, 1976 fight between
Willie "The Worm" Monroe and Marvin Hagler.

The Tuesday Night fight at the Spectrum was promoted by
    J. Russell Peltz.

As far as anyone knows, the fight was not on television. But, highlights
of the fight were released to the local Philadelphia television networks and
    satellite networks in Boston.

The tape may exist in the archives of the Philadelphia Spectrum film files.
