    You never know how a fighter comes back after such a beatdown that Linares received from DeMarco. Thompson sure looks very slow though.

    If Linares is still the same, I agree, Thompson shouldn't land anything on Linares.

    Linares is a really special fighter. I hope he goes down the WBO route and ends up fighting Ricky Burns, who he'd beat with absolute ease.

    I don't see his chin being an issue at 135, honestly. He seems pretty solid there and took some bombs off DeMarco. His biggest issue going forward is his lack of power and there are some guys at 135 who will walk through him.

    Technically brilliant. He's still in a learning stage of his career though and with the best available to improve his game. I think he needs to be around the likes of Roach, Ariza, Khan and Pacquiao in order to mentally reach the next level. In a few years, he'll be a P4Per if he stays dedicated.

    Such a good fighter to watch though. Beautiful boxer.
