Screwed ?? Bull****. There was a minor error in scoring, but made no difference to result. Welliver & Co then sent dud NZNBF official results to numerous Boxrec editors who in turn changed it over & over again. I got tired of all the bull**** & locked it......and locked it'll stay as is .

Was a decent effort by the lionheart. He was probably one flush shot away from ending it in the second. Johnson was pretty damn impressive with the jab and straight once he found his range. Have to give him credit for coming in with a cut that size on his left eyebrow. Leapai could have easily opened it with an overhand right.

Johnson wasn't very complimentary post fight! Has a busy schedule but seemed open to a rematch down the track

A)Never..never EVERRRR menshion that disgrace of a fight.Tuasa v Welliver,a retired cruiserweight fighting a "world ranked" heavy....and you know the worst part? Its actually Welliver's best victory .
B)After all the excuses and "weight loss" bull**** comments..Did Uta beat Welliver?...YES is still the answer =)

Uta beat him....it's as simple as that. Bull**** that was sent to me to confirm Welliver's win, didn't quite match Gary McCrystal of NZNBF email, phone/fax number etc. I guess they weren't aware how well I know him LOL!

saw this coming a mile off lepai literally has to many short comings to get anywhere other than domestic level or b grade international heavyweight fighters I picked johnson by ko good effort to get where he got but use your head as a punch blocker and thems the results

What sort of cash would Johnson have been paid to come out here for this fight ? Any ideas ?

****off you dreamer! What a load of ****. The show wouldn't of had anywhere near that amount come in through revenue or sponsors.

Full of ****ing **** Keiza you dickhead.

Adama didn't even get $100k total package to fight Geale for a world title and your trying to sell that figure you wanker. Dib's last two opponents didn't get more than $50k so you really think $260k is right?

Mundine opponents like Medley, Waters and up to Geale were always between $100k - $250k and you expect a figure of $260k to be realistic with no big gate, no TV money bar a shitty ppv stream which by all reports didn't work anyway!

Drop a zero to make it $26k and all of a sudden, it might be realistic.

Yeah $260 K is a hell of a lot of $9.40 stream purchasers.
