Well, to be fair, what you first said was..

I think Bute's chin isn't granite but close to that. Pascal's been wobbled more often than Bute. He stood up to some bad punishment against Diaconu, Froch, Dawson, but was also hurt by lesser opponents (Fightfan gave 2 good examples of that). While Bute hasn't fought at the highest level, he's been hit flush by some pretty good punchers and reacted well. Actually, the only argument about Bute's chin is the Andrade 1 fight, but I think you will agree that it wasn't really his chin that failed that night.
