so do you have to be slick, black + American or can you just be slick + black?

    im kinda confused with this, does this term only apply to american fighter or is some one like kell brook considered slick? is it cuz he is black (part black anywayz)? cuz naseem wasnt black and neither was an early rhodes (similar style fighters).
