Oh I beg to differ. Sam Burgess is the best player at Souths alongside Luke. When either one of those pair are missing they feel it.

Burgess is a gun, dont get me wrong, but our whole attack is linked to Luke. All the good forward yardage is done off his vision and darting runs. Our halves are pretty **** at actually controlling a game, and the team relies heavily on Luke.

Wont know the extent of Burgess'injury until Tuesday. Some at Souths are thinking it could only be 4-6 weeks. Lets hope theyre on the money.

 

My disdain for the scum has swan dived considerably.
They're still filthy toilet slugs who are a blinght on sport, and humanity altogether, but theyre close to irrelevent now simply because they just suck at playing league. Let those spacca dolts space jam around the realms of irrelevance. Only we can let them into the spotlight due to us actually being significant. Let them ****ing earn the spot light of playing us 2 times a season.
I'll reserve my hatred for teams that actually deserve it. I think Moanly may be my most hated team now, but they'll probably drift into the same swamp ridden tug boat as the scum by the time T:!::!:vey is finished with them.

 

****en hell.... worst part about yesterday was that 15 minutes before full time when we were leading by 2 tries i said to all my mates, Souths are still going to win. They said i was crazy, but the tigers are hopeless

maybe its just me but the tigers seem to let more teams off the hook than anyone. particularly in semis.
parra did it heaps last year too but every time i pay the tigers any attention its because theyve let one slip in a thriller.

Im a long time Magpies and now tigers fan, but even i said last night, we have sadly taken over the title of Chockers from the dragons...

 

time for a new coach and a few new tactics... our set plays were flashy in 2005 but now they are tired and every team knows how to predict them

 

Yeah, what used to result in great, open, free-running play now just looks like a dog's breakfast with Benji running the width of the field and back behind the backline bobbing and jinking - opposition teams now know to let him wear himself out and catch him 2 steps back in from the sideline when he tries to penetrate the line.

 

In all fairness there was at least 6 games Parramatta was winning, should have won and slacked off in the last 10 min to let them in... 3 games last year were golden points in a row I believe as well?

 

Im a saints fan and id gladly hand up that choker tag if i believed it was true.
