I predicted on this boxing forum a few months ago that this rematch could be possible but the majority of people didn't think so. If it really happens then it will mean that Lewis would like to show the world that his win over Vitali was fair and he's better than Vitali no matter what.

No, and I will not be interested if it does. Lewis is closer to 50 than 40 and he hasn't fought in nearly a decade. Even if Vitali is significantly declined it is a mismatch.

What I don't understand is why Lewis has not fought Vitali already. I have no doubt that Lewis has guts and tons of them, but he has avoided the Vitali rematch like the plague. If he had of lost to Vitali it would not look as bad as ducking the rematch looks.
