Can Bute win a decision in Nottingham where Dirrell proved you can't?

Ive seen dre and ward in person training. Dre is easily the most talentrd fighter 160 and up imo. He dnt put it all together at times but im still sure as soon as he works his way up hell beat ward, froch, and bute.

 

Why do people think Dirrell won that fight?

He ran and held the entire fight.

If people won fights like that in boxing, I would never watch the sport again.

It's not like he was countering or fighting smart....HE WAS RUNNING.

That **** was an embarrasment. Luckily, he came back and started whippin AA's ass before AA cheap shotted him.

Dirrel doesn't think he can take a punch. It's a mental deficiency that he's gonna have to overcome if he's gonna succeed at the top level. He can KO or school Clevel fighters till the cows come home, but when he fights a guy he can't walk through he freezes and becomes this defensive chicken****(loss for words).

When he does put punches together we see flashes of absolute brilliance, but guess what.....their almost always a few inches short of target....u know why???????Cuz he's scared to close the gap and risk taking one back.:-(

 

In a sense I see what ur saying. Hes yet to get his cherry popped. But idk man when I used to train at barrys ive honestly never seen a better boxer in person. Its hard not to believe in some one like that especially when ive sparred with both magdaleno brothers, seen several pros visit and train and dirrell is better than all of em. But I do understand what ur saying.

 

First time I got hold of Dirrell, I'd punch him square on the hip bones, take some of the spring out of those legs.

I think he'll turn out to be a better gym fighter than pro, I don't think he has it mentally, which is a shame because physically, he's got it all.

 

Yup.....coulda been the best AM ever........those shots that fall short score in the AMs. Too bad the headgear came off and the gloves got a bit stiffer.:-(

Reminded me a touch of Roy Jones as an amatuer, he looked better pre Olympics than Andre Ward did for me.

Exactly, the Abraham fight showed everything for me, brilliant skill and physical ability, then once Abraham started connecting, getting closer and putting preassure on, Dirrell started tripping, falling, hugging and running :-( There's a damn lot more to this sport than who's the best athlete.

Bute walks between fights at 185 lbs he makes the weight but that takes alot out of him.He doesnt drink water a few days before the weigh in he makes sauna for the last pound or so,but he rehydrates after the weigh in with electrolites and puts 10 pounds in 24 hours.He only stays at this weight because he wants to prove himself.

 

this guy has a team following him nutrisanist and all, he is practacly always at the gym...the guy lives for this. he naturally has a round face its just we are use to see him at weigh ins where he is dehydrated to the max. that first andrade fight was due to food poisaning and low red blood cells in his system, the doctor even told him not to fight, but the warrior he is did it anyways and never used it as an excuse.

Dirrel beat Froch in his hometown and got robbed. Beat Froch to the punch all night, had Froch hitting mostly air. Then had Froch on chicken legs. Meanwhile Dirrell gets a point deducted for nonsense, and Froch gets away without penalty for a deliberate body slam. :roll:

Karma's a ***** though, Froch got his ass handed to him when he faced Andre Ward.

 

your are dreaming for explaning it like that. its not call fighting when your holding on for dear life all true the fight. im saying this and i dont love or hate eighter of the two, your opinion is just very one sided
