    ^ That's cool mahn. Ken looks good in that pic. How was he and his speech? he suffered pretty bad after that car accident. I've seen him using a walking stick too.

    He didnt say much, he was watching us workout a bit, then when they motioned me to come over he grabbed me by the hand, pulled me in close and whispered "Its all in here" while pointing to his head. Very cool experience.

    So i hear from "Iron Chin" Chauncy himself, he is fighting Seth "Mighty Mike" Mitchell, after Mitchell has got by Chazz Witherspoon later in May. Is anyone else hyped about Mitchell VS Welliver?? It should be a proper brutal slugfest WAR! Both love to brawl And have **** defenses - so its a recipe for excitement. :ibutt
