    Great question Megavolt, this is the philosophical equivalent of the "That punch would have KO'ED anybody" argument in the Chinchecking realm.
    I would maintain that the SKINDEX of a fighter can allow him to withstand even the nastiest of headbutts, given a strong enough consistency.

    You have heard often on this board of "Black Slickness". I present to you, in the Skinchecking realm, the important quality of :

    "Black THICKNESS" (no homo)

    It is what separates the boys from the men when a clash of heads occurs. Rahman damn near **** half of Baltimore out his head and still didn't bleed. He has a high Skindex:
