I like this list.. but can pound for pound really go below Hall Of Fame? I mean u can get into the hall of fame and never make it to the pound for pound level. Guys like Kostya Tszyu, he's in the hall of fame and rightfully so imo but i wouldn't say he was ever a pound for pound number 1 during his career. edit* although its probly a fair bet to say that anyone who has made it to P4P status is going to make it to the hall of fame
I think "P4P" titles should be a higher category. Like there are bum HW's and HW world champs and HW ATG's, there are also P4P bums, champs and ATG's.

i think a gatekeeper should be ranked higher than a contender ... gatekeepers are the boxers that arent good enough to get over the hump ... but are good enough to expose hypejobs or fringe contenders ... they are test of their division ...if contenders pass they become top contenders
