    Nope.

He was the No. 2 rated WW due to Floyd's 16-month layoff.

Mayweather has made it a habit of fighting guys rated #1 or #2 in divisions for most of his career. :smoke

Yup,like JMM? Rated number 1 and 2 at welterweight?

Or Hatton who was rated number 1 or 2 at welterweight?

*****s are idiots. They actually believe that Floyd always fought the fighters with winning records when in actuality, he fought Oscar's, Baldomir's and Tszyu's leftovers, fighters who lost more spectacularly to Tszyu and Oscar.

Its quite simple, Pac is not the best fighter out there in terms of skill level and fights won, Marquez proved that. Publicity put Pac on top, The only reason Mayweather lost the spot was because he didn't have any fights at that time. He has always been the p4p king. Pac was just a seat warmer.

As are *******s. They think Manny always fights the best even though he shamelessly ducked Mosley before he was shot to **** and ducked a Cotto rematch by demanding that Cotto drain all the way back down to 147. They also buy into his fraudulent ass good guy image even though he's clearly a ****ing scumbag. :yep

10-14 -1997 was the last time Floyd fought a guy with a losing record. I know that's not what you meant, but maybe you should find a better translator thant the one you're using now

oh wow, a ******* wants to talk about leftovers.

Pac got his ass kicked by Marquez TWICE, Morales was Zahir Raheems leftover, Barrera was Morales and Marquez leftover, DLH, Hatton, and Mosley were floyds leftover, Cotto was Margaritos leftover, Margarito was Mosleys leftover, and Pacquiao just got his ass beat by Marquez AGAIN.

interesting..... so the only criteria to rank boxers by, p4pwise, is their skill level???

It is a combination of skill and accomplishment. Otherwise Hopkins would be top 5 and so would Holyfield.

Pacquiao never earned his pfp so called #1 ranking mother****er. It was given to Pac by Ring Mag by default.

what matters now was that floyd dodged the firefights.

floyd is now picking apart tattered, shellshocked fighters that have battled each other who almost have nothing left.
