Fighters 20 years ago would jump at a chance to fight for a world title, in today's boxing it's almost as if world champion status mean nothing.

 

Daniel Geale v Dmitry Pirog looked like a done deal too, **** it.

 

Pirog should just drop the WBO belt, he may not get another chance to get showcased on HBO. I think they would still be interested in the fight if it was only Geale's IBF title up for grabs anyway.

 

Geale and N`Jikam are both good fights for Pirog.

 

Good idea. Bloody alpahbet comittees full of their own self importance.This **** ruins the sport. Unifications should get priority and are better for all concerned. I'm not too sypathetic to Nkjam either since his avoiding of Golovkin.

 

He can't even get fights with a belt. Dropping the belt he wouldn't be able to get anyone.

 

Sadly these belts are better to have than not , Geale will have his days in the sun that I'm sure it will just take a bit longer whilst these Org's insist their slice of the pie .
