    Keith is a good trainer. Better ammy than pro trainer. Billy Lyell, Jake Giuriceo, and some other pros work out of Keith's gym. It is a really nice gym and right next to the Ironman, so I think Kelly working out there has more to do with the ammenities (and not going to SSBC) than it does anything else. A lot of local trainers take their guys there to spar. I think Kelly's just going there to stay busy in-between going back to Cali.

    Even if Bute KO's Froch in Nottingham he will be DQ'd for doing so. :D

    That was a real good interview! There is no bull**** in Kelly. He wants big fights win or lose! Thats great! He is only gonna get better!
