    Less.
I think Canelos best wins are:
    Ryan Rhodes
    Kermit Cintron
    Alfonzo Gomez.
    Matthew Hatton
    Jose Miguel Cotto

Thats a **** resume and he holds a bs belt.

    Chavez:
    Sebastian Zbik
    Marco Antonio Rubio
    Peter Manfredo Jr
    John Duddy

Compared to his "ranking" its ****. He inst a proven top 5 jr middleweight and what has he done to deserve a fight with Mayweather ?
He has fought only one top 10 guy in his division.

The way he got rocked multiple times by Cotto, I could never take him seriously. I will never be sold on him

you guys do know he's been in rigged fights right?

seriously. all of a sudden ryan rhodes fights orthodox?

    gomez gets unjustified stoppage?

cintron does the funky leg dance?

cmon...how blind are you guys. i love mexican warriors as much as the next guy but canelo is a fraud.

that was his best and only legitimate win.

154-160 is the worst i have ever seen it.

i think prime willliam joppy beats them all.

terry norris kos everyone at 154.

and prime b-hop? he retires and ruins them all.

macklin, barker, dzin, angulo, molina? who the **** are these guys? they would be gatekeepers 10 years ago.

    J. Cotto
    Baldomir
    L. N'dou
    M. Hatton
    Rhodes
    A. Gomez
    Cintron

To be 21 years old and to have already faced all of these guys and decisively beaten all of them is special.

So who is the best 154 pounder in the world then? Also rank their wins at that weight.

Yea and they all went on to get good or great fighters. That is why people are excited about Canelo. His is in the same path as some of these guys.

There is no denying the kid is special. The fact that he has so many haters already at 21 is incredible. This is the age when guys are getting praise from everyone about their performances. Hell most of the time a fighter his age no one is saying they have to fight the best or they are a fraud. The belt was a bad idea for him to get but at the same time with LMW being as leaderless as it is it really does not matter as much since no one has really claimed that weight. We have a bunch of guys all on the same level trying for it right now.
