Kelly Pavlick knows you cant win a decision in Canada says he would beat Bute & Froch

Pavlik last win was a MD to a guy the have just lost last night to a 3-5-1 middleweight....he has NOT business at the top of the 168 division. NONE

 

The principal that "styles make fights" is largely misunderstood on ESB, and the saying itself is seriously over-used.

BUT!! Pavlik/Froch/Bute represents a group of possible match-ups where that age old principal is paramount.

Bute is a stylisitc nightmare for Froch or Pavlik. A quick handed, fleet footed southpaw who can really bang spells trouble for either guy.

Pavlik's height, reach, physical strength, fundamentals, toughness, chin, and heart would be bad news for The Cobra.

Froch's awkwardness will be a huge problem for Pavlik, actually think he can stop Pavlik, if his work rate is great

 

Styles make fights! This Would be a fan friendly Fight! I would be suprised if both fighters dont hit the canvas!

I just feel Kellys Straighter accurate punches are the difference in the fight!

JT Dropped Pavlik and Froch! IMO was on his way to victory against froch if he just took a Knee. We all Know what Kelly did to Taylor in there rematch. Straight out boxed him under a Decent trainer in Jack Loew.

Garcia is world class and would have a Excellent gameplan!

Its Not Like Either fighter is fast, I know Pavlik beat a bum, But he was very bouncy on his feet and threw sharp punches . We havent seen that in a long time!

 

If Pavlik can't get the Chavez fight the Froch fight would be great. Pavlik will need to be at the peak of his powers for guys like Bute and Ward. He can beat those type of guys imo, but he needs to be healthy for a good long time and train his butt off.

A fight with Martinez in 2013 would be great if he wins I think he might be ready to beat Bute or Ward in 2014. Time will tell what happens.

 

Carl The Cobra is a world class operator, and no one should deny that. However, he is one of the clumsiest guys at that level. His clumsiness does not make him "awkward." It makes him vulnerable.

 

I just can't count Pavlik out in a Froch matchup. Pavlik would have a lot of chances to do serious damage in that fight. Would love to see those two go at it.

This is the perfect way to describe Froch "awkwardness". Where have you been ?

 

If they match him carefully, they can probably get him a world title shot, off a few wins against some C level fighters and using his name. Ward, Bute and Froch would all beat him. Maybe even Dirrell if he's successful in his comeback, Kessler is moving up to LHW but he would beat Pavlik as well.
