Pretty sure there was some athletes in one of the american major league sports who were being given steroids thinking they were "vitamins" or something.

He has tested an excesive ratio for testosterone to epitesterone (exceeding 10) - did he exceed it by 11? By 111?

Is TRT - something Sonnen (half of the "biggest sporting event of the year"), Henderson and Rampage have all admitted for utilising - And is not illegal - Is the cause of this elevated testosterone - Then where is the consistency of UFC's policy?

Disapointing none the less, but there's still room for movement here from Camp Reem IMO.

Geese Bas is gonna be awesome about this.

This has nothing to do with the UFC and everything to do with the athletic commission. TRT is meant to normalise low testosterone levels, something aging guys tend to struggle with (Randy, Hendo), Sonnen had elevated testosterone levels, as in, above the normal range. As a result, Sonnen was suspended for a year. Likewise, Overeem has tested for elevated test levels, and unless his b sample comes back clean, he'll likely eat a suspension for this as well.

Which makes the argument that random testing is the only way to catch the cheats legitimate.

Random screening for all UFC fighters would produce a mountain of banned fighters. And kill the sport in process.

pretty amazing he pissed hot considering they allow a T/E ratio of 6:1 which is very generous. Even at 6:1 you would say thats not normal but 10:1 is just crazy. Olympic testing says anything over 4:1 is not right so 6:1 really is rolling out the red carpet yet overeem still messed up.
