The best one is how easily you can get prescribed with steroids to boost your hormones if prescribed by a doctor which MMA is ok with. The youtube doc bigger, faster, stronger shows some docs will not even make u do a test. Let's face it 265 muscle men like Todd Duffe do not need hormone booster, neither does Sonen but they are just a couple of the ones who are 'legally' on them.
Btw James Toney has campained for boxing rules to be made the same as MMA rules on this because he 'suffers' from low testosterone.
Bull****. UFC is now sanctioned by the state athletic commissions, which means they're subject to the same rules pertaining to performance enhancers and the same list of banned substances that boxers are. Many of these things are legal with a prescription as far as state and federal laws are concerned, but absolutely not legal in the UFC.
keith kizer Theres also the issue of whether its ( This content is protected ) accurate or not. Urine testing is the best test for those substances as steroids are out of the blood very quickly. Travis Tygart has even testified before us about this. As for the HGH blood test, theyve done thousands of tests and theyve only caught one guy. Either he is the only guy doing HGH or there are a lot of false negatives. In fact, the guy they caught had just used it so it was circulating in his system and he admitted it immediately." The testing results from the HGH blood testing has not been peer-reviewed. So if an athlete got caught and they went to court, they would not get convicted because the test hasnt been validated by the scientific community. If you do catch somebody but the results are going to get thrown out of court, then why would you test? For those reasons, I dont know anyone, unless they have an agenda or are trying to get funding, who would say this is the thing to do right now. http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/new...ADA-charge-that-MMA-drug-testing-is-horrific/
Hey buddy you need to read the rest of the article. Especially this part. It says there that the urine test was taken on March 27, 2012. Which means it was taken long after the fight. UFC 141 happend on Dec 30, 2011 Overeem passed the blood test that was taken before that fight. Overeem could have easily stop using PED months before his fight with Lesnar. So his blood would have come out clean. Because it was no longer in his system. If your using this to make a point that blood test can't detect PED. Than your way off. If anything this should hammer home the point. That random urine and blood testing should be done monthly in boxing. Not just before fights. Especially if fighters try to cheat the test by cycling PED out of their system months before the test is taken. If UFC has this than Boxing should have it as well. But I doubt it because boxing is corrupt as hell.
randomly is the opretive word here RANDOM BLOOD AND URINE PRETTY MUCH COVERS WHAT EVER POINT TS IS TRYING TO AVOID IT DOES NOT MATTER IF HE WAS CAUGHT WITH BLOOD, URINE, HAIR, FINGER NAIL CLIPPING, THE FACT FACT IS HE WAS CAUGHT WITH A METHOD NOT THE METHOD the more methods and the randomness the less cheating who cares how he was caught, I am happy he was caught before he killed some one
Overeem finally got caught? I remember seeing them pictures of his transformation a good year or so ago, ridiculous.
Who should it be done on though? Should it be done only on big, notable fighters like Pacquiao or should it be done on everybody, including that 4-15 hillbilly boxer out of Missouri who fights every so often? I like the idea of random drug testing in boxing but how will it be done and on who?
Yeah super point, I can use a telescope to see the outer space as well, but I probably wouldn't get the images I would get from a Satellite image. I mean what kind of backward stupid ass **** is this...SMH.
it wasn't PEDs he pissed hot for per se, but he had a 10:1 T/E ratio when the max is 6:1 in Nevada. Despite it being 4:1 everywhere else.
Just look at him and you know he is on riods... lol. I think they should get lil ninja's with syringes to run into gyms to 'steal' blood for random blood tests.
