What does the term "floored" mean to you

    No Im not a Michigan warrior.....Im a Pinoy Warrior. I dont know why my own brethren turn their backs on me. Now I know how Manny felt when the government he built with his blood, sweat and tears actually tried charging him taxes and throwing him in jail.:-( If it werent for Pacdbest, Boom-Boom and myself you traitors wouldnt even be known as *******s. This is why I stopped posting here because it broke my heart to see Mannys hard work for Pinoy unity go to waste on this forum. :-(

    Clearly the second option.

    How can "floored" refer to being put on the "floor"? I see no correlation.

    i have no overt opinion on maywetaher. the actual floored debate (yes there was a debate which sparked this thread :lol:) was to do with jean pascal.

    I know the guy is solid chinned and had never been dropped. MW said he'd been "floored multiple times" in a fight previous to the froch one.

    The reality was Pascal was stunned a couple of times but never came close to touching down.

    This, strangely enough, fit MW's description of floored perfectly and he insisted it was a cultural thing because I'm English :lol:

    the guy's cool though.
