I'm really glad I got into it. They had an open to the public hiring a couple years ago, the first in like a decade and I lucked out and did well in the testing.

The stress sucks, but most of the time it's a well oiled machine.

 

Eh, it can be. Figure you're moving 80 to 100 aircraft an hour at the larger facilities and it's really fast paced. All the rules you have to apply due to safety and legal restrictions, atc rules and regulations add to that the sheer volume. It can get hairy, but like anything, you get used to it.
