Soto's power hasnt translated up in weight class. If he had some real good competition in the lower ones, that would have helped his career much more than having to go up in class for bigger profile fights

look at the 3rd round, and you'll see Guzman intentionally headbutt Soto at the start of the round, and then Guzman intentionally low-blows Soto @ 1:23 of that 3rd round (2:38 of youtube vid).
