    72 is not that long for 5-8. Leonard was 74, Hagler 75 and Duran 67. Hearns was 78 inches.

    Leonard is 5-9 1/2 and he is 74. Hagler is 5-9 3/4 just an inch taller than Floyd andhe is 75.. How is 72 long for 5-8? Hearns who was 6-1 1/2 was 78, which is much longer than someone his height usually who would be more like 75 inches. Milt McCrory by the way who was 6-1 only had a 73 inch reach as does Tommy's son Ronald has 73 or 74

    Which is why his shoulder roll and style works so well for him. He's kind of like Abraham, someone who is hard to hit because of his long arms blocking most of his body.

    Hand speed way more important than reach.

    Remember how easily Ward was able to jab Froch, despite having 4" shorter reach.
