Tuesday 22nd: Was a sparring partner today, did 6 really good rounds and coach said he never so me in such a shape. Great stuff, moving to other gym for a week or so till coach finishes recovering from operation.

Thanks maddog! :happy Wednesday 4th April: ~ Boxing Class Note: Alright, i've got a Kickboxing fight on May 5th. Decided to go full contact (Don't like fancy kicks just 2-3 kicks and lets have war). Haven't done kickboxing in months but i felt like a fight so i just told coach to put me in. Weighing at 63Kg right now, if possible i'll try to keep it at a steady 61-62 ( harder than i imagined ). Not going to write every single excercise like i used to as i figured out people don't even watch the sessions but mainly read the notes, (obviously if you would like some good workouts read the note and then follow the workout). Waiting for AIBA to get accepted in Malta then going to get as many fights as possible. Only did 1 session today which is alright i guess since im building up my body to its fittest form again, was very heavy and honestly putting my 110% into everything im doing.
Thursday 5th April: Note: Injured my foot for 2 days now but coach told me to give it a day rest with ice & hot water .. Tomorrow sparring session
Friday 5th April: ~ Sparring Note: Did 5 or 6 rounds sparring which was good. Overall did 'alright', expected a much better performance but everyone has their bad days ..
Saturday 6th April: Note: Did 1 session Boxing class.. was reallll good and feeling the fitness come back to be, my speed is still very impressive and im very happy bout that. I currently weigh 63Kg and need to go down to 61Kg which is going to be hard considering my current state .. but obviously hard just motivates me to work hardER
Sunday 7th April: Note: Happy Easter everybody! :good Rainy day today but that doesn't stop me! Did some shadowboxing and sprints and some slow jogging as active rest. Shoulders are still a bit ****ed but I think they'll get better soon. Tomorrow start some kickboxing again need to get those kicks ready to kill!
Thanks Maddog! Don't use this as an excuse to have a day off, go out and do some easy training to make up for all the delicious meals your about to eat!
Monday 8th April: Note: Haha took at day off for mum since she wanted to spend a day with me, ate alot of cake and MUST burn that down cause i feel horrible about it
Tuesday 9th April: Note: 6AM Run finished.. nice solid run with a few sprints which killed me & coach but was good.. foot is feeling better and tomorrow i think i will be able to step up the sessions again and start some kickboxing!
