What is the biggest possible achievement i boxing?

-Alphabet organizations are a joke and a fool. Total corruption. Beelzebub.

-The Ring belt is subjective and may also be corrupt. It is run by Oscar Dela Hoya, who is an immoral individual, known for urinating on children

-Money and popularity are not a good indicator, many fans support boxers only due to their nationality and/or hype from the media. Sometimes bad boxers make much more money than the good ones.

Luckily there is one thing that is unquestionably objective and clean like the virgin Mary - the Boxrec ratings. It is time that fans recognize that the only true achievement in modern boxing is the number 1 spot on the Boxrec ranks. I hope to hear Michael Buffer announcing:
"And the New Boxrec Ratings number one ... !"
Just imagine that, it would be a truly beautiful day for the sport of boxing.

When boxing became an universal sport and not only for white. Becoming the first black boxing champion in US was a great achievement. It was a battle against both the opponent and public at the time.

Not coming from,or not pretending to come from Germany and going there and winning a UD is the pinnacle of boxing achievement bar none.

I voted for the Ring Belt because that can be traced back to more realistic Boxing Champions and an acceptable and respected linage!

However, along with that there is also the case of legitimate "People's Champion" for those Champions & Contenders that might have been robbed or denied along the way. Over at the CBZ they were going to do a list for this, but they haven't got round to it yet.

all else follows these two facts.

    - or winning in US and espcially in Texas.

Remember Bredahl vs. Paulie Ayala in Texas? Robbery of all time.
I was part of the danish team and it was not possible to get even a KO victory in Texas. Biggest robbery of all time.

Other: undisputed championship. I don't mean getting all four alphabet belts, but being in a spot where there isn't another legitimate contender out there. There haven't been too many of them lately. Hopkins at MW, Calzaghe at SMW, etc. The only one currently is Martinez (following from Hopkins' lineage), and the only other one who's particularly close is Marquez.

That's ancient history, I've been a boxing fan for a long time, since early 2011 and I don't think anything from before 2011 has in importance in the sport of boxing. I mean it's a respectable achievement and all, but Jack Johnson isn't getting any extra Boxrec points for it.

Well that's a fair argument, but afterall Ring bell is still somebody's decision (maybe a collective decision), basically it's based on opinions. Whereas Boxrec, as others smartly noted, is based on complex mathematical calculations, thus it is never wrong. You only get Boxrec points by winning fights, not for hype or somebody's subjective or corrupt opinion.

I said that, but some people don't deserve the points they have, so it can be wrong, just everything else is so ****ed that it is actually credible.

When white boxers started fighting real comp. I discount all of their boxing history until they fought a black fighter. Same with baseball. The history of both sports didn't count in my life until you faced a black man, no offense.
