i love watching one sided beatdowns

    If you enjoy watching beat-downs get hold of a box-set of Mike Tyson's early career. His first 20 fights were all beat-downs, even though they didn't last very long. Fun to watch. But give me a real contest between evenly matched fighters any day.

    i'm not a fan of the one-sided beat downs. i prefer evenly matched, highly skilled bouts. but that's just me. :)

    PBJ VS GATTI was hilarious mostly because floyd's **** talk prior "the arturo gatti bag thats what we call the heavy bag cause hes known for taking punishment", floyd dismantled gatti **** was hilarious it got to the point it wasnt even funny to watch anymore but still funny when you think of the **** talk lol.

    Really liked Cotto vs Alfronso Gomez. After every round Cotto had this look on his face like "do you realize who I am?"

    I loved PBF/Gatti not because of the ass whooping Gatti got, but because of the reaction from the spectators. Everybody in the arena was shell shocked. Even the fellow boxers in attendance. It was the greatest thing in the world. Its like nobody in the crowd knew who Floyd was or have seen any of his previous fights. Classic!

    Ali/Wepner was more difficult to watch than PBF/Gatti.

    Gamboas great for those.....as is PBF.....Klits are also kings of the one sided beatdown even if they refuse to engage for a few rounds it's undeniable that their fights are always one sided and the other dude gets punished until he's ko'd.

    Good shout. That last round was awful to watch. Ref was a sadistic ******* for not stopping that sooner. And where the **** were his corner?

    Terrible beating can't believe he stayed on his feet thru that.

    when boxing moved to Sky in the 90s, thats all we ever got on tv (aside from Eubank/Benn/Watson axis).

    Huge hourglass guy takes on pudgy little guy. Pudgy little guys comes in throws all his best punches, hurts big guy not one iota. Big guy hits little guy a few times, knocks him down repeatedly.
