All I said was that he has been terribly inconsistent his whole career. At his best he is a wrecking ball, but I think people would be happy with a steady workload as opposed to an act of brilliance and three acts of laziness.

Wasn't trying to start an arguement Pecks. :good

WOR I definitely agree, you guys, even despite injuries are playing really good footy, can only imagine the heights Souths may elevate to with Maguire.

Makes it tougher for them. Watching them warm up, lots of laughs and smiles, they look pretty relaxed for a side coming off 3 losses and down on troops.

No arguments from me with his inconsistencies. One of his only couple of downfalls. The other is his match fitness. He often fatigues easily, and then falls into his lazy habits which result in arm grabbing defence.

When on song, he's a beast, and although it's not what you want from a guy his size, but he does have a lovely deft kick on him. 3 kicks this season, 2 resulting in trys, thye other a return set of 6.
The best halves in the world would sign off on that.

30-0 hey? Sounds like the ****s are back. :hat

Remarkable how it's round 6 and thats their first real home game. Was Brookie getting developed?
On the other hand, I think Parramatta have had about 4 or 5 home games so far.
Good to see Brisbane wont have the advantage of having so many Friday night games next season. It was bull**** that they had their first 7 this season, and such an unfair advantage.

What's the go with the warriors they've been crap this year and James Maloney has been average too, I wonder if signing elsewhere has him complacent this year?

Just say 45-0. 45 years of trying,45 years of failing. Once Todd Carney meets Ryan Waters at Northies,Smith gets injured and Gallen goes into a slump during and post SOO they will be wallowing in mediocrity once more.:happy

Dean young announces he is retiring at the end of the year. Injuries ( knee) got the better of him.

Been a very tough player for a long time.

Has he been named to debut?
A lot of Dogs fans were pissed that he left the Dogs. Was dubbed a future superstar by the Dogs officials, and I think Mark Hughes made some effort to get him to Souths.
