MMA is the future, its a growing sport..? Boxng is not a growing sport, its slowly but surely being killed.

Anyone who is not a complete ****** can see this.

At grass roots level, MMA has already taken over.

In the UK in my opinion

"I'm not even a big fan of mma........i am just being honest"

    Jeff Lacy was a fad.

Hes the most overrated boxer I have ever seen.

Now remember Lacy was supposed to be the SMW verison of Mike Tyson. I can rember people tellin me he was gonna kill Calzaghe

    Growing?Hardly.
PPV buy rates are probably at their lowest in years and UFC are attempting to sell their product to commercial tv for guarantees. The golden goose is cooked and they shall become much like the WWE.Fanboys and ***s will be their only audience in a few years.

ufc will NEVER go Mainstream like they want, they'll be compfortable though..

But it has CLEARLY reached its peak with the Ortiz,Liddell,Couture stuff, they can show jon jones face everywhere but the world wont care unless they have a Freak like Brock/Kimbo,

People have known about the ufc for YEARS AND YEARS their 0-2 on their fox deal and TUF is basically Dead. I think just like Boxing when a awesome fighter/fights come along it'll get some attention but thats it,

at the end of the day Boxing has an audience that'll still give them over a Million buys..

How many people not named Lesnar has done that in the last 5 years ??

    exactly..
