No that's not what you've been saying, you were stating Calzaghe was feather fisted, now you agree that his power was better early on in his career. No-one is denying that he was feather fisted in the latter part of his career. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUTGQ47Qwrs[/ame] That wasn't you're point! You were trying to use Roy being 34 as an excuse for his glass jaw! I showed you that being 34 is no excuse, I would accept it if Roy had taken some serious punishment throughout his career up to that point, but he hadn't. He got exposed. Besides Roy Jones (who we know has a wet toilet paper chin), who has Glen Johnson ever KO'd?
Calzaghe ranked higher than Evander Holyfield and Carl Froch. we agree, Calzaghe had **** power and later on his power became shitter. I never make excuse for RJJ's glass Jaw, RJJ had a glass chin, but was very good in protecting it during his haye day. When did I mention RJJ being 34? No need to make up lies to suit your agenda now man. Dont forget to answer this:- RJJ fought better opposition than Calzaghe. - RJJ fought more Former world champs - RJJ fought more Future world champs - RJJ fought more reigning world champs - RJJ fought more P4P ranked fighters - RJJ fought more as an underdog than Calzaghe - Calzaghe fought more bums than RJJ - I repeat, Calzaghe fought more bums than RJJ that cant be argued against. To add more:- - RJJ acheived more than Calzaghe achieved - RJJ top wins are better than Calzaghe's top wins - RJJ best KO look better than Calzaghes..... and I can go on, point being:- RJJ > Calzaghe and also Froch respecting Johnsons power. Knockout Artist, why u avoiding the above now man. Our posts are supposed to get longer and longer but you making it short work now.
All that is after getting down from heavyweight!!! RJJ wins over Toney and Hopkins> anything Joe did!
Kessler is his best win by some margin, and it was clearly peak Calzaghe. Plus Veit, Woodhall and Reid were good but not great opponents, Reid being the best of that group, he was about on equal footing PHYSICALLY but not mentally to Joe. In fact, I think Reid was better than Kessler, bearing in mind he beat Ottke and nearly took Joe's title. These are the few good men on Calzaghes resume that look good on a resume of a WBO champion like Calzaghe. The rest is buckwheat, since no one in the right mind is going to mention beating shot Jones or a grandfather as a career high - beating up the old semi retired guard is what new champions do, not what they do when they are finishing their careers. Calzaghe's resume is an upside down affair in places.
If you claim to be truthful, bring your proof. You provided zero evidence for you claims. Me provided 100% evidences to all my claims. I stated RJJ had a shaky chin but was very well in keeping it protected by using skills. So what you on about, you aint provided nothing. Now you are trying to duck the fact that I established that you already agreed on. Calzaghe had decent power that got shitter as he progressed. And thats your proof? I said, I cant judge Tyson for his losses vs Danny Williams and McBride, because that wasnt a prime Tyson. Likewise I dont judge RJJ for his losses post Tarver and Johnson because that aint prime RJJ either. Exactly you obviously need to bring up things and act like I said it and when I reprimand you on it you go back crawling to the initial point and retract that I made such claims. Its good you admitted you are making up lies anyway. When did I say that? I said fighters are easier to KO as they get too old. Oscar De La Hoya never been KO, Hopkins is the only fighter to legitmatley KO Hoya but Hopkins is a legend so thats different. Hoya stepped into the ring with pac when he was beyond his best and got RTD'd. Muhammad Ali had a solid chin, and got TKO'd by Larry Holmes because he got too old. If Sugar Shane Mosley who has an Iron chin, carries on fighting he will eventually be KO'd soon. I wont be calling him glass jawed joke after that, but Chinchecking ***gots here will. More examples:- Terry Norris KO'd Sugar Ray Leonard. Because SRL was too far past his best. Roberto Duran got KO'd by William Joppy. Duran was 2 decades past his best almost. The point being made, dont judge fighters in their past prime stages to be prime. RJJ gets beaten up by Glen Johnson, Glen Johnson wins every round and KO's him in the ninth or tenth and you think that is a prime RJJ. A prime RJJ schooled P4P #1 James Toney but gets KO'd and schooled by Glen Johnson. That **** dont make no sense boi. I always speak the truth even when I chat ****. BHop mastered the craft, something which RJJ and Calzaghe havent. That is why BHop can still hold his own, while RJJ and Calzaghe couldnt. But that dont mean RJJ would lose to BHop now. Prime RJJ always beats any version of BHop. I aint going to judge RJJ on his latter career and say BHop would KO RJJ with a "Pearler" simply coz thats chance and bull****. Did you understand the point I made:---- lets see ur next sentence. Looks like you did. You answered that, When? oh so you agreed with the 100% facts I layed down and agreed that RJJ > Calzaghe in almost every sense of the equation RJJ's resume shits over Calzaghe's. RJJ done more than Calzaghe did. RJJ accomplished more than Calzaghe did. But since you already agreed on this, why you still going on about it? :rofl Who gives a ****. With Jones Talent he should have become the GOAT. But didnt. Still RJJ's accomplishments **** over Calzaghe's. I aint gonna say Just because RJJ was more talented Calzaghe should rank higher because RJJ's talent should have made him GOAT. Thats bull****. Calzaghe isnt even considered a top 100 fighter, and Calzaghe's talent was more like top 60. So should I **** on Calzaghe for that? Calzaghe had a chance to prove he a legend by beating Pavlik, Calzaghe declined. Calzaghe had a chance to prove he a legend by beating Dawson, Calzaghe decline. Calzaghe had a chance to prove he a legend by clearly up doubt on Hopkins II, Calzaghe ducked and sniffed coke. and danced on BBC TV. Hopkins Toney and Ruiz would have all battered Calzaghe. RJJ would have beaten Hopkins, Kessler, Lacy and Eubank. RJJ UD12 Ruiz > Haye MD12 Valuev. RJJ wasnt favourite to beat Ruiz. Ruiz wasnt a hard hitting HW, but any HW can KO a LHW theoretically. Cool, dont come back unless you learn something about baaxin coz the fact still remains:- You dont know **** about baaxin!
Roy Jones Jr best wins:- 1. UD James Toney 2. UD Bernard Hopkins 3. MD Antonio Tarver 4. UD John Ruiz 5. KO Virgil Hill 6. TKO Clinton Woods 7. UD Mike McCallum 8. KO Malinga 9. UD Reggie Johnson 10. RTD Lacy, or Lucas Now Compare that to Zaggers 1. SD BHop 2. UD Kessler 3. UD Lacy 4. UD Eubank 5. SD Reid 6. TKO Mitchell 7. TKO Woodhall 8. UD Brewer 9. UD Bika 10. TKO Manfredo, or Veit -------------------------------------------- Who has the best top wins? RJJ > Calzaghe
Even if Calzaghe had plaster or paris, took PEDs, A Side Meth, Cocaine which he already did, EPO's, steroids, had his usual referee in Cardiff Wales and had titanium plates surgically inserted into his mandible. Roy Jones Jr would have still slaughtered Calzaghe. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HskkimL6HE[/ame] 2:50 RJJ would have Slarted Calzaghe
Dude, if Calzaghe was on EPO's his alredy silly slaprate would be even better, and if he was an steroids those slaps would actually hurt. Hopkins after getting UD'd by Calzaghe on the juice: "There must be some black genes in that mother****er." Tarver after getting UD'd by Calzaghe on the juice: "I would have countered, but which of the four slaps coming at me should I have aimed for?" Roy Jones after getting stopped by Calzaghe on the juice: "Basketball, I'm gonna try basketball. You will se a new Roy Jones." And by the way, adding a video of Andre "No promotor" Dirrell ranting does NOT help your credibility.
I just thought I would ease the Calzaghe - RJJ tension by throwing in Andre Dirrell for both RJJ fans and Calzaghe fans to **** on combining forces and giving them some common agreement. Calzaghe had a cocaine history, regardless that guy was definitely on something, just look in the mans eyes:- This content is protected
Bhop and toney owns him, Mccullum and tarver got him as well. I think he takes hill and woods He aint beating any heavyweight titlist including Ruiz
