Heavyweight contender Denis Boytsov (30-0, 25KOs) is finalizing his training tactics for this Friday's fight with Dominick Guinn (33-8-1, 22KOs) at the Lanxess-Arena in Cologne, Germany.

Will Boytsov's famously over-protective management dare throw him in with Dr. Ironfist? :think

Denis' resume is thin but fair for his age - he is a 1986 kid. Look at Wilder who is from 1985 - then you could take about protective management.

He should just try even remotely stepping up his level of competition in the first instance. By the time he's done this, Vitali will be 658 years old.

Boystov is the next big thing. I would love to see that fight. Finally a young hungry talented fighter gets a shot.

Boytsov will be ready to move up to a fight with a gatekeeper in 3-4 years, if all goes well he may be ready for Vitali in 6-7 years, no need to rush this kid.

Boytsov hasn't earned the shot, but he'd have a better chance than David Haye.

    - And I mean that sincerely.

We hear this all the time. Fighters who already have easy fights lined up claiming 'next a Klitschko' and it just doesn't happen. He's probably just trying to draw attention to his next fight
