Was a decent foot baller in his stint with nth Qld watched some of the NSW cup game still looks in good shape funny at the start of the year he stated he strictly didn't want to play nrl tigers must of made a nice little package for him to always puts in the effor and has experience definately not the worst buy

 

Rankin is alright but he served up ALOT of bad passes not just against the Roosters but in previous weeks. His kicking isnt up to NRL Standard so Carty has gone with a young player he and the rest of the clubs fans deem better in Sezer.

If the Titans continue the way they are going he shouldnt be the Coach next year but he does have one hell of a big contract to pay out if they wanna get rid of him.

 

hes a fantastic player. big, strong, aggressive and fearless. i remember watching him at the cowboys and thinking man this guy is ganna be a monster. then he just dropped off the radar for some reason. didnt know he wasnt interested in NRL

 

he spent so many years playing NSW cup... from 1998 to 2005... and then played 4 games for the Tigers in 2005 but not in the finals series

at 32 hopefully he has a few years left... i always thought he was retired

It should have ultimately happened through natural attrition, if the Cowboys had sacked him no other club would have been game to give him a start anyway, all it takes is the sponsors to give the club the nod & tell the CEO that they wont have their brand associated with that kind of image & its cya later :hi:
