Overeem is just an obvious cheat, hope the UFC cut him now.

On Inside MMA Schiavello says that, off the record, fighters tell him that the rate of PED usage in MMA is ‘about 99%.’ He went on to present some reasons to use to defend Overeem. His two arguments:
    • How can you randomly drug test someone who isn’t licensed?
    • “He hasn’t technically cheated” because it’s two months away from his fight against Junior dos Santos, saying he’s 14:1 now but isn’t allowed to get down to a 6:1 T/E ratio by fight time?

I like Schiavello but this argument is absurd!!

    But they're still juicing/using, i.e. cheating.

Argument #1 - You wouldn't fire someone for masturbating in their bedroom on their own, you would fire someone for masturbating at work in front of customers.

Argument #2 - Your opinion/guesswork/speculation matters a little bit less than a medically proven failed drug test.

Youd probably get fired for wanking at work even if it wasnt in front of a customer

    Blablabla

Get your facts straight kiddo. It's nothing new most sportsmen are using: basketball players, cyclists, sprinters, fighters, etc.
In the world of cycling it's a fact since years that nearly everyone uses, but you ain't using officially untill you get caught.

It was obvious the Reem was on something.

But 90% of pro fighters are on something.

I know 2 pro fighters who take 2 cycles before fights and take a break a month or 2 before the fight.

You can doubt it all you like. The reality is a LARGE percentage of pro MMA athletes ARE on illegal substances. That much is a fact. PED use is rampant in MMA and has been since this sport first started. Bottom line is the UFC doesn't care for obvious reasons.
Iv said it many times on here and il say it again. If an arbitrary commission did perform proper tests of an Olympic calibre the UFC would loose the majority of its stable and go out of business within months.
There's a dam good reason why Dana is vehemently opposed to the UFC testing their own fighters. And it has **** all to do with a conflict of interests. If they were that concerned about it they wouldnt have former NSAC employee's in their senior management.
Ironic to think the UFC has the time and patience to go after millions of anonymous down loaders world wide but Dana can't find the time to test under 400 fighters in his current stable for PEDs because that's apparently the commissions job.
The only thing Dana cares about is for fighters NOT to get caught. Everything outside of that is pish.
